The conference will consist of two parts. A hackathon of student projects of cooperation between the city and the university will take place as additional part within the framework of this event. Each Ukrainian university (project participant) will hold a preliminary competition of projects on the basis of its institution and determine the 3 winning projects that will compete at the inter-institutional level. Each student project will be able to receive feedback from experts from V4 countries. The best projects will be recommended for implementation in the framework of cooperation between the city authorities and the university.
